Nini talks about her fitness journey:

Ever since I was a young, I turned to diets and various exercise programs in my pursuit of fitness. This persisted, especially from the age of 18 up to the present day, now at the age of 22. Over this relatively short time span, I experimented with diets and what I believed to be "proper nutrition," only to yield disappointing results. Incorrect exercise regimens compounded the issue, preventing me from attaining my desired results despite dedicating four years of effort and enduring stress. The cycle of failure took a toll on my mental well-being, further manifesting its impact on my physical body.

While it is often said that we should embrace ourselves as we are, I struggled to accept my reflection in the mirror and felt uncomfortable in the clothes I truly desired to wear. I engaged in workouts both at the gym and with trainers, although in Georgia, training with a personal instructor in a gym comes with significant costs, leading me to abandon this approach after just a few months. However, at the start of June, a turning point arrived as I discovered the PWR program. Initially, the program caught my attention due to its affordability, but what truly stood out was Natia's infectious positive energy. Her unwavering support serves to fuel the motivation of individuals, like myself, who aspire to sculpt the body of their dreams.

We all encounter days when we lack the drive to pursue our endeavors, including our training sessions. Yet, Natia's consistent engagement and attention serve as a guiding light, reminding me of the reasons behind my commitment and reinforcing the essence of training and discipline.

A significant factor that propels me forward in this program is witnessing tangible results on a weekly basis, coupled with the assurance that I haven't missed a single workout session. Today marks the completion of the third month in my PWR journey, and I can confidently declare that there hasn't been a single day where I've lacked the inclination to exercise. The program's variety of exercises, coupled with Natia's vibrant commentary, infuse an element of enjoyment and fun into each session. Allocating one hour per day for this endeavor is genuinely worthwhile, as the satisfaction derived after every workout is unparalleled.

Natia's initial words to me now resonate deeply: when our desire for results is genuine, success is inevitable; the determining factor is the extent of our determination. With utmost certainty, I believe that through this program, I will manifest the body I've always envisioned. Exercise has transitioned into an integral part of my life, imbuing me with enhanced energy and happiness.



Mariam talks about her fitness journey:

I joined PWR approximately 2 years ago, and I want to express that the individuals within this group possess all the necessary skills to serve as the guiding light, just as they have for someone like me. When I embarked on this journey, my weight stood at 96 kg. Through a combination of mindful eating (albeit modest) and consistent exercise spanning 3-4 days per week, I managed to achieve a remarkable transformation, eventually reaching 62 kg. This translates to a staggering loss of 34 kg within a span of merely 6-8 months.

The orchestrators of PWR exhibit remarkable attentiveness and competence, steadfastly standing by your side. If you seek their guidance, you will undoubtedly edge closer to your coveted objectives. However, it's crucial to underscore your pivotal role in this endeavor. A steadfast commitment to discipline is indispensable, constituting 100% of the equation to yield tangible results. These incredible individuals fuel your motivation through a wealth of information and a plethora of opportunities. Embrace their guidance and make repetition your ally, and the pieces will invariably fall into place for you.

Reflecting on these 2 years, I wholeheartedly affirm that PWR has not left me wanting. They maintain an unwavering line of communication, consistently extending their attention to members across all groups. Their genuine interest is palpable, and I assure you that by joining forces with them, you'll find yourself intertwined with exceptional individuals. And now, I am thrilled to share my results with you through this photograph.
