Cancellation Window: You have the option to cancel your subscription to our programs up to 48 hours (two days) before the end of your current subscription period. This timeframe allows us to process your cancellation efficiently and ensure that your subscription won't renew for the next cycle.
Optimal Timing: For a seamless transition, we recommend considering an earlier cancellation if you wish to stop your subscription and not continue into the next month. By canceling a bit earlier, you can ensure that any billing-related matters are addressed before your next billing period begins. Communication Response Timing: Please keep in mind that our customer support operates during business hours, and our team might not be available to respond to emails or messages on Sundays, which are non-working days. Any inquiries or messages sent on Sundays will receive our prompt attention on the following Monday, after business hours resume.

- Choose the specific course associated with your subscription and click on it.
- Once you're in the course dashboard, locate and click on the "Settings" tab.
- From the "Account Settings" section, select "Billing."
- In the Billing section, navigate to the "Subscription" area.
- To initiate the cancellation process, click the "Cancel Subscription" button twice.
