MY STORY

Back in 2017, I've started on a personal journey within the realm of fitness, although my association with sports has been a lifelong commitment. My academic path led me to the University of Sports Faculty, where I studied fitness.

Following a profound personal transformation - shedding from 80kg to 48kg - I felt compelled to extend my experience to assist fellow women on their journeys. My journey led me to attain notable qualifications including CPT Level 3 in Fitness and Personal Training, along with credentials as a Nutritionist.

It was then that I started "PWR Programs," an online community crafted for women for women where they can engage in home and gym workouts, nurture self-care, and embrace daily motivation to cultivate healthy lifestyle. My wish for you to discover your unique source of PWR!
